Works the same way as a wall air conditioner but is portable so you can move it to any room in the house. Comes with the window fitting allowing the hot air to go out the window. Temperature goes from 17-30 degrees, 3 fan speeds, 3 temperature buttons, has a timer, and tells u when the water is full and u just pull out the plug to drain. In good used condition with a bit of dicolouration to the unit and there is a crack in the part that goes in the window. All still functions and is in working order. Comes with remote control and instruction manual.
