Looking for a new housemate. My current one is moving in with family to help them out.  
A bit about me - I am a 40 year old working female. Clean and tidy and respectful of others time and space. I'm very easy going and tend to not have late nights during the week.  
What I am looking for is an employed male or female who would like to share this 4 bedroom house. Must be clean and tidy but I am not fanatical about it. Would prefer a non-smoker but if you do smoke it would have to be outside. A couple will be considered.  
The house - 2 year old 4 bedroom modern home. Air con and alarm system. You would have your own lounge room, bedroom, bathroom and garage space. We would share the kitchen. The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom and lounge room.  
Rent is $200 p/w including expenses. Bond required.
